Mylan provides several options for you to submit concerns: either online or via telephone, mail or email. The Compliance Line is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you can make a report anonymously, if you choose. Keep in mind that any information you submit will be kept confidential. Due to regulatory constraints, employees in Europe cannot use the online option to report compliance concerns.

The Compliance Line is hosted by a third-party vendor and is under the oversight of the Office of Global Compliance.

If you choose to call the Compliance Line or report online:

  • You will be asked to provide your name which will be kept in strict confidence. You may report matters anonymously if you do not wish to provide your name. Your call will not be recorded and your IP address will not be tracked.
  • The interview specialist will assign a report number and document your matter or if you choose to report online please provide as much detail as possible.
  • Your matter will be assigned for review by the most appropriate Mylan person within the Company.
  • You may call back or check online at a later date to obtain a response, provide additional information or answer questions the Company may have.
  • Our Company has a strict policy against retaliation for any calls made in good faith to the Compliance Line, even if the facts are later found to be inaccurate or inconclusive.
  • Abuse of the Compliance Line may expose the caller to disciplinary action.

Compliance Line is managed by a thirdparty, NAVEX Global, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Network will document your concern and relay the information to Mylan.
