Upon receipt of the report, The Network will forward the information to our organization for investigation and follow up. Reports submitted to The Network will be handled promptly and discreetly. Retaliation of any kind against anyone who reports a concern is a violation of our organization’s principles and will not be tolerated.


Important Information Regarding Reporting in the European Union:

Keep in mind, you are not required to use the hotline, and if you choose not to use it, you need not fear adverse consequences as a result. If you choose to contact the hotline:

  • You will be asked to provide your name, which will be kept as confidential as possible consistent with proper investigation and legal requirements.
  •  A customized Web form or professional interview specialist from The Network will assign a report number and document your concern. If you contact the hotline via phone, your call will not be recorded without your consent.
  • Your concern will be relayed to the most appropriate person within for review and follow-up.
  • You may check back at a later date to obtain a response, provide additional information or answer questions The Company may have.
  • Any person identified in a report to the hotline has the opportunity to provide additional information or correct information contained in the report. (The identity of the person making the report is not revealed to the identified individual.)
  • The Company has a strict policy against retaliation for any reports made in good faith to the hotline, even if the facts are later found to be inaccurate or inconclusive.
  •  Abuse of the hotline may result in disciplinary action, which may include judicial proceedings.
