Having high standards is more than a slogan or catch phrase at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc.  To us, maintaining high standards represents the way we do business – ethically and legally. Adhering to these standards helps us protect our reputation for excellence and creates brand integrity.

If you see or suspect misconduct, report it immediately. Speaking directly to your Manager is the most effective way to report a concern, but we also offer an anonymous option for “Doing What’s Right.” We have partnered with The Network, an independent reporting service that allows our Associates to communicate anonymously and confidentially via the internet or telephone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Upon receipt of the report, The Network will forward the information to SHO Human Resources for investigation and follow up. Reports submitted to The Network will be handled promptly and discreetly. Retaliation of any kind against anyone who reports a concern is a violation of our policy and will not be tolerated.
